SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for charging and discharging batteries. EFFECT: increased capacity of the terminal battery. The terminal includes a load circuit (20), a battery (13), and a charge and discharge control circuit (14). The battery (13) is configured to supply voltage to the load circuit (20). The charging and discharging control circuit (14) is connected to the load circuit (20) and the battery (13). The charging and discharging control circuit (14) is configured to receive the input voltage and charge the battery (13) after lowering the input voltage. When the battery voltage exceeds the threshold voltage, the battery (13) supplies voltage to the load circuit (20). When the battery voltage drops to the threshold voltage, the charge and discharge control circuit (14) raises the battery voltage and supplies the increased voltage to the load circuit (20).
EFFECT: threshold voltage exceeds the minimum operating voltage of the load circuit.
