SUBSTANCE: hardware platform of the satellite modem comprises a high-frequency (HF) interface, the input of which is connected to the output of the boost converter, and the output is connected to the input of the down converter, the input of the boost converter is connected to the output of the first parallel-to-serial converter, the input of which is connected to the output of the Hartley inverse conversion unit, the output of the first serial-to-parallel converter is connected to the first input of the Hartley inverse transformation unit, the second input of which is connected to the output of the first signal matrix generator, the input of the first serial-to-parallel converter is connected to the first output of the physical layer interface unit, the first input and second output of which are connected to external equipment, and the second input is connected to the output of the second parallel-to-serial code converter, the input of which is connected to the output of the threshold device, the amplitude estimation unit by the Cauchy method is connected by the first and second inputs to the outputs of the second signal matrix shaper and the second serial-to-parallel converter, respectively, and is connected by the output with the input of the threshold device. The down-step converter is connected by its output to the input of the synchronization circuit, the output of which is connected to the input of the subchannel, which is connected by its output to the input of the second serial-to-parallel converter.
EFFECT: increased spectral efficiency, which makes it possible to reduce the frequency band occupied by the signal and reduced computing resources when estimating the received amplitudes by the modified Cauchy method.
