HEAT SUPPLY SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC F24D3/02

Abstract RU 2796734 C1

FIELD: thermal power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in combined heat supply systems (in particular, when heat is supplied from a TPP or mini-TPP). The heat supply system is made in form of a circuit containing a heat exchanger, including a mixing unit connected through a regulating body to an external heat source, a heat carrier supercharger connected to a vortex tube, the outlet of which is connected by pipelines of cold and hot heat carrier flows, respectively, to the heat exchanger and one of the inlets of the mixing unit, and the second inlet of the mixing unit is connected by a pipeline to the outlet of the heat exchanger, the outlet of the mixing unit is connected by a pipeline to the inlet of the consumer, and the outlet of the consumer is connected by a pipeline to the inlet of the coolant blower, the inlet of the regulating unit is connected to an external source of heat, and the outlet is connected to the heat exchanger, the coolant temperature sensor is installed in pipeline at the inlet to the heat exchanger and connected to the input of the control device connected to the coolant blower, the outdoor air temperature sensor and the coolant temperature sensor installed in the pipeline at the inlet to the consumer are connected to the inputs of the control device associated with the regulating unit. The heat supply system is equipped with a second circuit similar to the first one, and both circuits include controllers that are connected to heat sources through electric communication valves and a consumer, each of which contains a mixing unit connected through the regulating body to an external heat source, and through a coolant blower, the controllers are connected to vortex tube.

EFFECT: increase of reliability of heat supply by reserving the supply of thermal energy to the consumer.
