FIELD: medicine; oncology; pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preoperative preparation of patients with lung cancer, with concomitant chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. In patients in the preoperative period, preoperative preparation is carried out for 7–10 days, including inhalations with berodual 40 mcg 2 times a day through a nebulizer, dexamethasone 4 mg intramuscularly 2 times a day, meldonium 10 ml + eufillin 2.4% 10.0 IV in physiological saline 100 ml IV bolus once a day, in combination with omeprazole 20 mg orally 2 times a day. Physical impact is also carried out in the form of using a loading spirometer.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the tolerance of radical surgical interventions for lung cancer, as well as to reduce the frequency and severity of postoperative complications due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
