FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for preoperative preparation of patients with lung cancer who suffered COVID-19 associated pneumonia. For this purpose, 7 weeks before the surgical treatment, a rehabilitation complex is carried out, represented by three modules: nebulizer therapy with inhalations of a mixture of lazolvan solutions 1 ml and alternating sulphate mineral water 2 ml and bromine-iodine mineral water 2 ml, which is performed daily, three times day for 10 minutes. Pulmonary rehabilitation therapy includes a complex of respiratory exercises consisting of 4 exercises aimed at training the respiratory muscles. Complex of strength exercises consisting of 2 exercises for upper and 2 exercises for lower groups of skeletal muscles. Complex of aerobic trainings, including walking, exercise bicycle, swimming at the choice of the patient. As well as drug therapy, including administration of direct oral anticoagulant Eliquis in dosage 2.5 mg 2 times a day and Nutridrink mixture 200 ml a day for the whole period of preparation.
EFFECT: method provides radical surgical management of lung cancer patients after suffering COVID-19 associated pneumonia and reducing the risk of postoperative complications and mortality due to a complex of correction of consequences and recovery of functional disorders for a limited period of time.
