FIELD: medicine; oncology.

SUBSTANCE: cannula is inserted into the right jugular vein and into the right femoral vein. A balloon catheter for blood sampling is placed through the left femoral vein, which is placed in the suprarenal section of the inferior vena cava. A second balloon catheter is placed through the left jugular vein and placed above the hepatic veins and below the right atrium. A balloon catheter is placed in the own hepatic artery to supply blood. Next, an occlusive balloon catheter is placed at the mouth of the portal vein. The femoral and jugular cannula are connected by lines to a centrifugal pump, forming a bypass circuit. Next, vascular isolation of the liver is performed by inflating the blood supply catheter balloon in the own hepatic artery, the occlusive catheter balloon in the portal vein, balloons located in the inferior vena cava. A perfusion circuit is formed. The duration of isolated perfusion of the liver is 30 minutes, then the liver is washed from the chemoperfusate. The vascular isolation of the liver is removed.

EFFECT: method allows to effectively increase the overall survival in patients with unresectable metastases and primary liver tumors and is safe — by reducing the number of surgical procedures in the retroperitoneal space and replacing this group of surgical techniques with percutaneous puncture insertion of endovascular balloon catheters through the femoral vein into the inferior vena cava, also provides the possibility of repeated use in one patient without increasing the risk of complications with repeated use.
