FIELD: medicine; medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: system for performing auxiliary blood circulation during surgical interventions on the liver contains a first cannula for connecting to the inferior vena cava, a second cannula for connecting to the portal vein, an aspirator cannula, first-fifth tees-splitters, a blood reservoir, a centrifuge pump, a device for continuous renal replacement therapy, the first and second Luer ports of the perfusion circuit, a vacuum suction line to create negative pressure inside the blood reservoir and a double-lumen catheter with the first and second Luer ports of the double-lumen catheter. The first and second cannulas are included in the perfusion circuit and are connected in series through the first tee-splitter to the first port of the second tee-splitter, the second port of which is connected to the inlet of the centrifuge pump, and the output of the centrifuge pump is connected in series through the first and second ports of the fourth and fifth tees-splitters with the first and second Luer ports of the perfusion circuit. The third port of the second tee-splitter is sequentially connected through the first and second ports of the third tee-splitter and the device for continuous renal replacement therapy to the third port of the fourth tee-splitter. The third port of the third tee-splitter is connected to a blood reservoir connected to the vacuum suction line and the aspirator cannula to form a circuit parallel to the centrifuge pump. The first Luer port of the perfusion circuit is connected to the first Luer port of the double-lumen catheter, and the second Luer port of the perfusion circuit is connected to the second Luer port of the double-lumen catheter. A method of assisted circulation using the system is disclosed.
EFFECT: ensuring simultaneous provision of assisted circulation, return of blood from the surgical wound and continuous renal replacement therapy.
