FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to surgery and oncology, and can be used for isolated liver chemoperfusion. After mobilising the portal vein, the hepatic artery, and the internal jugular vein, heparin is administered systemically intravenously at a rate of 100 U/kg. The inferior vena cava, the portal vein, and the internal jugular vein are cannulated. After that, the perfusion circuit is closed, and vascular isolation of the liver is performed. Isolated liver perfusion is then started at a volumetric rate of 1,200 ml per minute along the temporary circuit formed, with a solution consisting of 300 ml erythrocyte mass, 700 ml saline solution of sodium chloride and a cytostatic agent under conditions of hyperoxia and hyperthermia at 40°C for 60 minutes. After that, the liver is washed from perfusate with 1,500 ml of a 5% isotonic glucose solution and 500 ml of gelofusine, the cannulas are removed and the vascular cannulation sites are sutured, heparin is neutralised with a protamine sulphate solution at a rate of 1.5 mg protamine sulphate per 100 MU heparin, cholecystectomy is performed, and the laparotomy wound is sutured in layers.

EFFECT: possibility of raising the effectiveness of liver chemoperfusion and reducing the trauma rate thereof due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
