SUBSTANCE: folding hand tool with a liner locking scheme contains a working element and a liner locking mechanism of the working element. The working element is located between the halves of the handle with the possibility of rotation around the axis connecting the halves of the handle. The liner locking mechanism of the working element includes a liner lock/unlock mechanism. The liner lock/unlock mechanism includes a protruding handle half-element and a spring-loaded button. The spring-loaded button is installed in the liner and is configured to cover the protruding element when the working element of the hand tool is locked by the liner.
