SUBSTANCE: tillage machines. The working body for the destruction of weeds consists of a holder and leg blades. In the fore part of the leg, along the butt line of the blades, a groove is made with a slot open at the top for a ripper, made with a base in the form of a platform duplicating the groove. The width and thickness of the groove is at least as large as the width and thickness of the ripper platform. The length of the platform is equal to the length of the groove and half the length of the ripper that duplicates the surface of the leg to the holder. The ratio of platform thickness to leg thickness is 1:2. The height of the oval-shaped ripper is equal to the depth of tillage. The ends of the leg blades are bent down at a right angle, forming slots, the height of which is half the depth of tillage, with a cutting edge angle equal to 40-45°.

EFFECT: improving the stability of the movement of the unit and the quality of tillage.
