FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Tillage shovel (2) comprises working elements in the form of front ripper (8), paraplough (9) and plug, and rear ripper (10), paraplough (11) and plug. In nose part (5) of tillage shovel (2) along butt line of oval wings (3) there are two slots with projections and two slots for platforms rigidly fixed on bases of working elements and plugs. Each front and rear rippers (8 and 10) and paraploughs (9 and 11) are made in the form of a triangle rigidly fixed on its platform made for the slot. Length of platforms of front ripper (8), paraplough (9) and plug is equal to length of their base. Length of platforms of rear ripper (10), paraplough (11) and plug is equal to length of platforms of front ripper (8), paraplough (9) and plug. Length of the base of rear ripper (10) is three times greater than the length of the base of front ripper (8). Ratio of heights of front and rear rippers (8 and 10) is 1:2. Height of front and rear paraploughs (9 and 11) is by 1/3 more than height of front and rear rippers (8 and 10), respectively. Inclination of cutting parts to surface of soil cultivating shovel (2) for front ripper and paraplough (8 and 9) are 55° and 60°, respectively. Inclinations of cutting parts for rear ripper and paraplough (10 and 11) are 45° and 55°, respectively. Length of the ledge for the slot of each front and rear plug is less than the length of platform by 10–12 mm. Ratio of working members thickness to wing (3) thickness is 1:4. Width of each platform is equal to width of slot. Width of grip of tillage shovel (2) is 270–330 mm. Opening angle of oval wings (3) of tillage shovel (2) – 60–80°.
EFFECT: improved quality of soil treatment, stability of movement of the unit and expansion of functional capabilities.
