FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method of vegetable oil extraction involves conditioning prepressed oil cake by humidity, impregnation with nonpolar hydrocarbon solvent and pressing out unsaturated miscella. Parental prepressed oil cake is milled, conditioned by humidity up to 6-16% then oil cake is impregnated with solvent at concentration 0.3-0.6 kg per 1 kg oil cake. Milling parental oil cake and the following pressing out were performed at temperature 15-30 C. EFFECT: improved method of oil extraction. 1 tbl
