SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the prevention of the development of secondary immunodeficiency states in birds. The method of prevention of secondary immunodeficiency states in birds includes introduction of DiaGum feed additive into the diet of chickens, besides, the said additive is included as an organo-mineral adaptogen in addition to the vitamin supplements used, premixes according to the farm recipe for 42 days: from 1 to 14 days of life in a dose of 2 g per 1 kg of live weight, and from 15 to 42 days, 2 kg per 1 ton of feed.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of poultry mortality and increase of live weight gain.
