The multilayer body includes a plurality of curved portions and a plurality of block-shaped portions at positions between adjacent curved portions. At least one curved portion among the plurality of curved portions is a curved portion with a high packing density factor. The stacking density ratio of the electrical steel sheets in the high-density curved portion is higher than the average stacking density ratio of the steel sheets in the plurality of block-shaped parts. It also contains compression means, which is configured to compress a plurality of electrical steel sheets in a curved portion with a high stacking density factor in the stacking direction of the electrical steel sheets.
