SUBSTANCE: communication device is a control node that controls at least one of the first base station and the second base station provided on the Fronthaul. The communication device includes a data acquisition unit that obtains a second base station delay profile, a control unit that determines a window parameter used to indicate at least one of a receive window and a transmit window used in the first base station based on the second base station delay profile; a base station and a delay parameter set by the Fronthaul, and a notification unit that notifies the first base station of the window parameter.
EFFECT: ability to properly perform delay control on the Fronthaul.
