SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communication. The user terminal contains a reception section designed to receive a synchronization signal block (SSB), which includes a physical broadcast channel (PBCH); and a control section made with the possibility of determining, based on at least one of the parameters of the main information block (MIB) of the physical broadcast channel (PBCH), the unit of cyclic return of the synchronization signal block (SSB).
EFFECT: providing the possibility of receiving the SSB cyclic return unit in the terminal using MIB when the SSB cyclic return unit parameter is missing in the MIB.
