SUBSTANCE: terminal includes: a receiving section configured to receive downlink control information for releasing a plurality of semi-persistent scheduling (SPSs); and a control section configured to determine that a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ-ACK) acknowledgment corresponding to the downstream control information is included in a predetermined position of the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ-ACK) acknowledgment semi-static codebook. Moreover, the given position is the position of confirmation of the hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ-ACK) corresponding to the reception of the physical downlink common channel (PDSCH) of the semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration, the semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration has a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration index or a period a set value from a set of semi-permanent scheduling (SPSs).
EFFECT: ability to determine the hybrid automatic retransmission request HARQ-ACK codebook even when SPS joint release is used.
