SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in environmental monitoring of river, lake and sea water bodies. A universal buoy for environmental monitoring of water bodies contains a sealed housing with top and bottom covers, with a block of electronic modules for measuring and recording equipment, a control unit, an information receiving and transmitting unit, a power supply unit, also containing an ascent-dive system with an anchor connected by a buoy the bottom cover of the hermetic housing, as well as a float structure fixed on the housing. The buoy also contains a block of water parameter meters connected to the block of electronic modules for measuring and recording equipment and a warning system consisting of radio and acoustic communication blocks electrically connected to the control unit, the antennas of which are connected to the corresponding radio and acoustic communication blocks, as well as a flashing beacon. The buoy is equipped with a platform on which the second float structure is installed, the platform also has radio and acoustic communication antennas of the warning system and a flashing beacon, as well as an airspace parameter measuring unit electrically connected to the electronic module unit. The platform is connected by means of a reel, a tow cable and a pressure connector to the top cover of the sealed housing, as well as to the control unit.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of the buoy operation.
