SUBSTANCE: short-stroke pump-action shotgun contains a reloading mechanism. The mechanism contains gears of different diameters located on the same axis, long and short guides for gears. The gear wheel with a large diameter is connected to a long tension guide, the wheel with a smaller diameter is in contact with a short tension guide. The forearm is made with the possibility, when moving back and forth, to act on the bolt handle and a short tension guide to move by 50 mm. The rotation of the small wheel causes the large wheel to move a long tension guide by 120 mm, extract the cartridge case, send new ammunition.
EFFECT: increase in the reload speed, increase in the accuracy of shooting, and a decrease in the effort for reloading.
