SUBSTANCE: computer-implemented method is proposed, which includes loading into a trained machine-learning classifier of genomic information of a non-training subject, which contains features from the tumor profile, and the trained machine-learning classifier is trained with the help of the features of tumor samples obtained from training subjects and their response to treatment by inhibition of the control point, and the machine learning classifier is trained to predict response to treatment and generate, with the help of trained machine learning classifier, a checkpoint inhibition responsiveness classification to predict a subject's response to checkpoint inhibition, and report the classification of checkpoint inhibition responsiveness using graphical user interface. Also a computer system for executing the method and a machine-learning classifier trained using the specified method are proposed.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of cancer treatment methods.
