FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method for preparing a personalized vaccine against a malignant tumour. Method comprises inputting amino acid information for a set of candidate peptide sequences using a computer processor into a trained machine-trained model for predicting presentation of HLA class II peptides to obtain a plurality of presentation predictions, selecting, based on at least a plurality of presentation predictions, a subgroup of peptide sequences from a set of candidate peptide sequences to obtain a set of selected peptide sequences and preparing a personalized cancer vaccine.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of methods for preparing a pharmaceutical composition using a trained machine-trained model.
