FIELD: catalysts.
SUBSTANCE: invention claims a nanostructured catalyst for hydrodeoxygenation of aromatic oxygen-containing components of biooil and can be used in the processing of renewable plant materials. The claimed catalyst consists of a carrier, which is a dealuminated aluminosilicate nanotubes with the following composition, wt.%: silicon oxide 50.5-77.3, aluminum oxide 22.7-49.5 and ruthenium deposited on the carrier in the form of nanoparticles in the amount of 1.0-5.0% by weight of the carrier, while the ruthenium nanoparticles form a highly dispersed active phase uniformly localized on the surfaces of silicon oxide and aluminum oxide.
EFFECT: optimizing textural characteristics, such as increasing the specific surface area and increasing the pore size, in increasing the acidity of the catalyst as a result of acid dealumination of the carrier, which leads to improved mass transfer and reduced coke formation, as well as ensuring the presence of simultaneously acidic catalysts on the surface of the catalyst carrier and metal centers.
