SUBSTANCE: manufacture of containers and packaging, in particular, bag sewing machines. The machine includes a metal frame on wheels with a brake and a thread installation unit mounted on it, a cup tape installation reel, a control device, a pneumatic control panel, a tightening and tension unit, a stitching unit and cuts. The operator for tightening the sling and sewing on the cup fixes the Big-Bag sling on the table and manually wraps it with a cup tape. The cup tape is automatically fed into the stitching area. Using a pneumatic device, the cup tape is pressed against the table and stretched, then automatically stitched by the built-in sewing machine. After stitching the cup tape, it is automatically cut from the roll. The big-run sling with a sewn-on cup is removed from the machine by the operator manually.

EFFECT: reduced cup processing time and, as a result, increased productivity of sewing big bags.
