FIELD: hoisting and transport equipment.
SUBSTANCE: equipment branched paths of suspended monorail roads. Suspended monorail transport system contains the main and adjoining rails 1 and 2. The main 1 and adjacent 2 rails are laid respectively on the beams 3, 4 mounted on their racks 5 at different heights, namely the beams 4 are located above the beams 3. As a result, the main 1 and adjacent 2 rails are located at different levels, namely the adjacent rail 2 is above the main rail 1. The trajectories of the main 1 and adjoining 2 rails in the plan are smoothly mated at the interface section 6 so that the adjoining rail 2 is located above the main rail 1 in the same vertical plane. The placement of the main 1 and adjacent 2 rails on the upper shelves of the beams 4, 5 makes it possible to ensure that the road wheels 8 approach the main rail 1 from the side at the mating site 6 and expose them above its axis. Due to the fact that in the interface section 6, the adjoining rail 2 is located in the same vertical plane as the main rail 1, but above it, the track rollers 9, located under the additional track rollers 10 in the same vertical plane, are above the main rail 1 with a gap towards it. Lowering the adjoining rail 2 at the end of the interface section 6 to a value where its height relative to the main rail 1 becomes less than the excess of the additional track roller 10 over the track roller 9 will lead to the fact that the gap between the track rollers 10 and the main rail 1 will decrease up to its disappearance. This will lead to the transfer of the weight of the vehicle to the main rail 1 by the track rollers 9 and suspending additional track rollers 10.
EFFECT: transition of the vehicle from one rail to another is simplified and the time of this transition is reduced.
