SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible thin-walled packages, commonly referred to as bags, and in particular to a package comprising a spout for product pouring. A neck assembly comprising a neck for thin-walled flexible packaging comprising a tube and a closing assembly mounted on the neck and comprising a cap and a connecting device. In this case, the cap comprises an annular side wall extending along the main axis between the lower edge and the upper edge and having an internal thread, a base that closes it from above and is connected to the upper edge, and a cap flange protruding radially outward from the side wall at the lower edge. The connecting device comprises a connecting element or a ring configured to be held on the neck in the axial direction and free to rotate around the neck tube, said ring having an inner side surface and an outer side surface; a plurality of frangible bridges connecting the ring to the cap and configured to break due to the relative separation in the axial direction of the ring and the cap; a connecting tape or strip that connects the ring with the cap, and the specified strip has a predominant length with respect to other dimensions, extends from the end on the side of the ring connected to the outer side surface to the end on the side of the cap connected to the cap, and has in the initial a configuration in which the bridges are intact, a ring-side portion protruding radially from the ring-side end, a cap-side portion extending radially from the cap-side end, and a connecting portion that connects the cap-side portion and the ring-side portion. The neck has a connecting seat for at least partial accommodation of the ring separated from the tube by an upper flange having an outer side surface in the form of a truncated cone. The inner side surface has an inner protrusion that can be snapped into place with the top flange and entered into the connecting seat. The group of inventions also relates to a thin-walled flexible package comprising a flexible bag and the above neck.

EFFECT: neck assembly for thin wall flexible packaging which overcomes the above disadvantages and satisfies the requirements of the industry to which the invention pertains.
