FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: locking device (1) for fixing the cork (100) on the container (101) having a flange (102), comprises a cap (2), a sleeve (4) placed inside the cap (2) and provided with lower inner stoppers (42) intended to rest against the flange from the bottom (102) of the container (101), and outer stoppers (44) capable of interacting with a groove (22) for engaging the sleeve (4) with the cap (2). And the cap (2) has a weakened portion (Z2), the sleeve (4) is formed by a ring (40) from which feet (41) protrude, intended to enclose the cork (100) and which is provided with a deformable and destructible bridge (45) located on the sleeve side opposite the feet (41) and capable of resilient radial deformation allowing to squeeze the flange (102) into the sleeve (4), and also to rupture allowing to remove the sleeve (4) from the flange (102) and then to remove the cork (100) from the container (101).
