FIELD: vibration devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for performing a vibration exercise by a user of the device. The device contains a rigidly made main part and a platform made movably relative to the main part, as well as two handles that are connected to the platform by means of a supporting structure and which allow the user of the device to rest by means of his hands. In this case, the supporting structure contains two U-shaped carrier tubes, each with one straight tubular section and two end sections, which are each bent from the straight tubular section, and the handles are located on the straight tubular sections and are made with the possibility of displacement along the straight tubular sections, and the handles run perpendicular to the straight tubular sections of the carrier tubes. The device also includes an electrically driven actuator, which is configured to vibrate the platform and the handles connected to the platform, the platform being connected to the main body by said actuator. The horizontal distance between the two handles is variable.
