FIELD: electronics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to provide the required temperature conditions for elements of electronic equipment (EE). In the main heat exchanger in the horizontal direction, two groups of through cylindrical air ducts are made perpendicular to each other, which are tubes of highly heat-conducting material, each group being implemented in a checkerboard order, the upper of which are located in height below the level of the surface of the recess in which the EE element is located, at a distance of 2 mm from it, while on the sides of the main heat exchanger opposite each other, by means of fasteners, two pairs of fan units powered by an electrical energy source are installed, so that they blow air through two groups of through cylindrical air ducts, respectively. The main heat exchanger is formed by a structure having a recess in its central part, in which, with a thermal contact with the heat-absorbing junctions of the main section of the thermoelectric battery (TEB), an EE heat-generating element is installed, whereas the temperature sensor is brought into direct contact with the EE heat-generating element, the output of which is electrically connected with the input of the temperature controller, the output of the latter is electrically connected to the main and additional sections of the TEB.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the EE element.
