FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric device for removing heat from elements of radio electronic equipment (REE). in the main heat exchanger in the horizontal direction through cylindrical air ducts are made in a checkerboard pattern, which are tubes of highly thermally conductive material, the upper of which are located in height below the level of the surface of the recess in which the REE element is located, at a distance of 2 mm from it, whereas on the sides of the main heat exchanger opposite each other, two fan units are installed with the help of fasteners, which are powered by a source of electrical energy, so that they blow air through cylindrical air ducts. The device contains the main section of the TEB located in the centre and two additional sections of the TEB located at the edges. The main and additional sections of the TEB, electrically connected in series, consist of thermoelements identical in their geometric, electrical and thermal characteristics. The main and additional sections of the TEB with fuel junctions are in thermal contact with the main and additional heat exchangers and the REE element. A temperature sensor is installed in direct contact with the REE heat-generating element, the output of which is electrically connected to the input of the temperature controller, the output of the latter is electrically connected to the main and additional sections of the TEB.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of heat removal from the REE element by increasing the intensity of heat removal from the heat-generating junctions of the thermoelectric battery (TEB) sections through the main heat exchanger due to the organization of forced air heat removal.
