FIELD: wireless monitoring of reactor parameters.
SUBSTANCE: system for monitoring process parameters inside the reactor chassis, which defines the reaction zone, inside which there is a catalyst layer with catalyst particles, contains an RFID sensor inside the catalyst layer, and an RFID reader antenna. Each sensor-equipped RFID tag is tagged with a unique immutable identification number and configured to sense a reactor parameter within the reaction zone, receive a polling signal from the RFID reader antenna, and transmit to the RFID reader antenna a signal that contains data representing the unique immutable identification number and a reactor parameter assigned to the sensor-equipped RFID tag.
EFFECT: possibility of remote determination of parameters inside the reactor at known locations throughout the reaction zone of the reactor vessel.
