SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and a method for wireless monitoring the process parameters inside a reactor vessel via a wireless communication channel. The technical result is achieved by implementing a system for wireless monitoring and profiling of process parameters inside the reactor chassis, containing plenty of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags equipped with a sensor, placed throughout the catalyst bed in the vessel and used to determine various parameters inside the vessel. Sensor-equipped RFID tags are encoded with immutable identification numbers and wirelessly linked to transceivers, enabling triangulation techniques to be used to determine and profile process parameters throughout said reaction zone.
EFFECT: ability to make three-dimensional profiles of the determined parameters of the working medium inside the reaction zone of the reactor.
