FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used to lock and seal cargo modules. Invention objective is development of locking-sealing device with higher resistance to unauthorised opening. Device body includes through channel and working channel with thread, which crosses it and in cavity of which there is a fixing element located with separated handle and thread. On the side of inlet hole of working channel and coaxially to it there is an auxiliary cavity that communicates to working channel. In auxiliary cavity there is a protective element arranged with the possibility of its slipping in working cavity relative to its longitudinal axis. Protective element is arranged with axial hole, diametre of which is more than diametre of separated handle, but is less than inner diametre of fixing element thread. Threaded section of working channel is arranged at the distance from its inlet hole, besides specified distance is equal to at least length of threaded section of fixing element.

EFFECT: prevention of premature separation of handle from fixing element and prevention of unauthorised extraction of fixing element from cavity of working channel.
