FIELD: building structures and structures for special purposes from long metal trusses.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at the increase in unification and versatility in the construction of modular trestle structures while simultaneously ensuring the implementation of the possibility of structural assembly of trestle structures with high quality characteristics of the assembly of the structures themselves, rigidity, torsion resistance and horizontal bending. According to the first embodiment, the modular trestle structure consists of at least two columns and at least one crossbar. Each of the columns and the crossbar contains at least one identical universal rack, each of which is made in the form of a metal pipe with the same universal attachment points at the ends. Each universal mount consists of an end stop, which is welded to the end of a metal pipe and which is made in the form of a metal gusset with through mounting holes. The universal racks are fastened together, both by end stops to each other by means of bolted connections through the said mounting holes in the gussets, and by the end stop of one rack perpendicular to the pipe of the other rack by means of at least two identical U-shaped or U-shaped brackets - clamps with an external thread at the ends for fastening with nuts and lock washers through the above-mentioned mounting holes to one of the ends of the said universal units. Each end stop is welded perpendicularly along its geometric center to the end of the geometric center of the metal pipe, is made with at least four through mounting holes and is reinforced with at least four stiffening ribs, which are made in the form of identical metal scarves, and U-shaped or U-shaped brackets-clamps are made of round section. According to the second embodiment, the modular trestle structure consists of at least two columns and at least one crossbar. Each of the columns and the crossbar contains at least one identical universal truss frame, consisting of at least two identical universal racks fastened together through collapsible bolted connections by means of the same transverse and identical diagonal braces, and each of which is made in the form of a metal pipe with the same universal attachment points at the ends. Each universal mount consists of an end stop, which is welded to the end of a metal pipe and which is made in the form of a metal gusset with through mounting holes. The truss frames are fastened to each other both by at least one diagonal brace and two end stops to each other by means of bolted connections through the said mounting holes in the gussets, and by two end stops of one frame perpendicular to the pipes of the other frame by means of at least four identical U-shaped or U-shaped clamps with external thread at the ends for fastening with nuts and lock washers through the mounting holes to the ends of the universal units. According to the third embodiment, the modular trestle structure consists of at least two columns and at least one crossbar. Each of the columns and the crossbar contains at least one identical universal truss module, consisting of at least four identical universal posts, fastened together through collapsible bolted connections by means of the same transverse and identical diagonal braces, and each of which is made in the form of a metal pipe with the same universal attachment points at the ends. Each universal mount consists of an end stop, which is welded to the end of a metal pipe and which is made in the form of a metal gusset with through mounting holes. The truss modules are fastened to each other both by at least four mentioned diagonal braces and four end stops to each other by means of bolted connections through the mentioned mounting holes in the gussets, and by four end stops of one module perpendicular to the pipes of another module by means of at least eight identical U-shaped or U-shaped clamps with external threads at the ends for fastening with nuts and lock washers through the mounting holes to the ends of the universal units.
EFFECT: increase in unification and versatility in the construction of modular trestle structures while simultaneously ensuring the implementation of the possibility of structural assembly of trestle structures with high quality characteristics of the assembly of the structures themselves, rigidity, torsion resistance and horizontal bending.
