FIELD: converter technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in press-forging equipment for energy recovery, as well as for other devices where it is required to increase the voltage while reducing the speed of the controlled element. The invention is aimed at achieving a voltage increase when the regenerative generator is slowed down, which makes it possible to increase the voltage of the recovered energy and store it in the storage device, while compensating as much as possible for the decrease in energy production as the speed of the regenerative generator slows down. This is achieved by the fact that the adjustable boost converter connected to the regenerative generator contains a regenerative energy conversion device, consisting of a conversion module and a regenerative braking energy storage device, according to the invention, the conversion device contains groups of key elements that function with the ability to switch capacitors from parallel to series and back.
EFFECT: technical and economic advantage is a more complete recuperation due to switching from parallel connection of capacitors to series connection by the end of the cycle.
