SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to a method and device in the field of electrical engineering and are intended to supply the load from a battery, for example, an electrochemical or capacitor one. Method and device can be used to power various electrical equipment, including lighting and heating devices, as well as in power supply systems for mobile devices: electric bicycles; electric motorcycles; electric cars; aircraft with electric drive. According to the invention, in an autonomous power supply method of a load, a battery is used that boosts a DC-DC converter with a capacitor storage at the output and a controller, the battery is connected to the converter, the load is fed from the output thereof, and the capacitor drive is charged and discharged cyclically, it is charged with an unconnected load, and discharged from the capacitor drive in series with the load. Device for autonomous power supply of the load contains as the primary power source a battery with shunt capacitor and a circuit including a generator of reactive pulses in the form of a boosting DC voltage converter containing a key element for interrupting current in an inductance circuit connected to a diode for outputting reactive pulses to a storage capacitor, controller, while the device is equipped with a second key element designed for cyclic switching of the battery from the power mode of the circuit to the mode of energy consumption from the storage capacitor, the working load is sequentially included in the mode of consumption in the battery circuit the storage capacitor.
