FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention aims at perfecting electrically driven transport facilities. Proposed electric motor car comprises reversible power supply or is connected with reversible power supply, and one or several motors coupled with wheels either by mechanical transmission or without it. Said car comprises one or several reversible converters that allow adjusting rpm or torque of said motors, high-capacity capacitor (super capacitor) and ballast resistor. Additionally, it incorporates reversible DC-to-DC step-up/step-down converter, two current pickups, two voltage pickups, car speed pickup, rpm pickup of one of the motors and control system. Super capacitor is connected to terminals via reversible converter, ballast resistor shunted by inverted diode, in series with discharge gate. Outputs of all aforesaid pickups are connected with the control system inputs, control system outputs being connected to control inputs of aforesaid converter and discharge gate.

EFFECT: higher current efficiency of recuperated electric power.
