SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency in a soft dosage form for external use, containing a nanobiocomposite of dihydroquercetin (DHQ) and arabinogalactan (AG) as an active substance, as a hydrophilic base carbopol 980, in triethanolamine as a neutralizer, propylene glycol as a preservative, as well as purified water with the following content of components: DKV and AG nanobiocomposite — 3.0 g; carbopol 980 — 0.5 g; triethanolamine — 0.55 g; propylene glycol — 15.0 g; purified water — up to 100 g.

EFFECT: anti-transudative and anti-exudative, antimicrobial action and the absence of irritating action of the agent for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency.
