FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to materials for plasma spraying of wear-resistant composite coatings. Powder material for plasma spraying of composite coatings contains, in wt.%: nickel-based alloy powder - 76.5, titanium carbide powder - 23.5, while the nickel-based alloy powder has the following composition, in wt.%: 14-17 chromium, 3.5-4.5 silicon, 3.0-3.8 boron, 0.5-1.0 carbon, no more than 5 iron, the rest being nickel.
EFFECT: increase in hardness, strength of adhesion to the base and wear resistance of the resulting coating.
