FIELD: powder material for plasma spraying.
SUBSTANCE: said powder material comprises powders in the following ratio of components: iron-based powder fraction 40-100 mcm 73 wt.%, nickel-based powder fraction 40-64 mcm 23 wt.%, aluminium powder fraction 30-40 mcm 4 wt.%. In a particular case of the invention, the iron-based powder has the following composition, wt.%: carbon 3.5-5.0, chromium 32-37, silicon 1.0-2.5, manganese 1.5-4.0, iron is the rest, and the nickel-based powder has the following composition, wt. %: chromium 14-17, silicon 3.5-4.5, boron 3.0-3.8, carbon 0.5-1.0, iron no more than 5, nickel is the rest.
EFFECT: improved quality of the formed coating during spraying and subsequent melting of the composition of powdered material on the surface of the parts due to increased hardness, wear resistance and impact strength of the resulting coating.
