FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method for reducing the temperature difference around the circumference between the winding and the iron core of the electric machine includes the following steps: a) installing a device for reducing the temperature difference around the circumference between the winding and the iron core of the electric machine on a wind turbine; b) installing an inclined wind deflector (24) at the outlet of the intake air duct (26) and installing an air volume adjustment plate (27) in place of the air inlet (18), which is pivotally connected to the first annular plate (14); c) setting the air passage area (29) so that it is minimal when the air inlet is adjacent to the axis of the air inlet and maximal when the circumferentially symmetrical air inlet is further from the axis of the air inlet. The device for reducing the temperature difference comprises a frame (1) of the rotor, a core (2) of the rotor, several plates (3) of the rotor made of magnetic steel, located in the axial direction of the core (2) of the rotor, several segments (4) of the stator core, the first pressure plate (5) of the core, the second pressure plate (6) of the core and the tie bolt (7). Adjacent segments (4) of the stator core and the channel-forming steel plate (11) of the stator form a ventilation channel (12) of the stator for circulation of the cooling medium. A coupler bolt (7) passes through several segments (4) of the stator core, one end of which is connected to the first pressure plate (5) of the core, and the other end of which is connected to the second pressure plate (6) of the core. An air gap (13) is provided between the magnetic steel rotor plate (3) and the stator core segments (4), as well as the first annular plate (14). Between the first annular plate (14), segments (4) of the stator core and two adjacent axial vertical plates (15) there is an air inlet chamber (16) or an air outlet chamber (17). The first annular plate (14) is provided with several air inlets (18) and air outlets (19). The first vertical plate (20) is connected to the inclined wind deflector (24) through a plurality of connecting plates (23). The outlet air duct (25) is connected to the second annular plate (22) and communicates with the air outlet chamber (17), and the inlet air duct (26) is connected to the first vertical plate (20) and communicates with the air inlet chamber (16).

EFFECT: increasing the uniformity of the air flow along the circumference, the implementation of a uniform distribution of the air flow velocity along the circumference and reducing the temperature difference along the circumference of the electric machine.
