The foaming composition for building material comprises a hardener, a surfactant, ethylene glycol, an iron (III) hydroxide sol, grout cement PCT I-50 and water, comprises liquid glass as a hardener, and comprises a protein foaming agent FoamCem as a surfactant with the following ratio of components, wt.%: the specified foaming agent 1.95-2.31; iron hydroxide sol (III) 3.91-4.63; ethylene glycol 0.07-0.09; oil well cement 53.71-60.94; liquid glass 1.02-1.18; water 32.11-38.08.

EFFECT: increased stability and reduced foam shrinkage.
