FIELD: biotechnology; pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for obtaining microcapsules of biologically active substances. When obtaining microcapsules of the Antiseptic Dorogov's Stimulator (ADD) 2 fraction, kappa-carrageenan is used as the shell of microcapsules, which is precipitated from a solution in ethanol in the presence of the E472 preparation with the addition of sulfuric ether as a precipitant. Dispersion of ASD-2f into a solution of kappa-carrageenan in ethanol is carried out using a device for dispensing liquid in drops, which ensures the simultaneous formation and dosed supply of 8 drops of ASD-2f of the same size, while stirring at a speed of 1,000–1,300 rpm, followed by the addition of sulfuric ether and distilled water. Precipitated formed microcapsules are filtered on a Schott filter, washed and dried at a temperature of 30–35°С.
EFFECT: use of the invention ensures the production of round gray-yellow microparticles, ranging in size from 80 to 105 microns, with a yield of finished microcapsules of 88.5%.
