SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, namely to process for preparation of nanocapsules, and describes method for preparing Dorogov 2 antiseptic stimulant nanocapsules (ASD) in a shell of chitosan. Process is characterized by the fact that ASD is dispersed in a solution of chitosan in hexane in presence of E472c as surfactant at 1,000 rpm, then 10 ml of butyl chloride are added, precipitate was filtered off and dried at room temperature, the core/shell weight ratio being 1:1, or 1:3, or 3:1.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry.
