FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the installation of high-rise buildings. The use of the claimed invention makes it possible to carry out the installation of a high-rise building without the use of an erection crane, while additional safety is provided during the construction process, dependence on climatic factors is excluded, and it becomes possible to perform works non-stop. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the installation method of a high-rise building consists in the fact that at the preparatory stage of construction, before the construction of the building frame begins, an auxiliary concrete-mixing unit is constructed in the immediate vicinity of the building under construction, and at the time of installation, when the first floors of the building are arranged, with using a self-propelled crane, a self-propelled formwork is installed, while when constructing the building frame, the reinforcement is supplied by self-propelled cranes, concrete is supplied through the concrete pipeline to the place of installation using the main pump, a mini-crane is installed on the mounting level, connected to the concrete pipeline using flexible hoses, while the mini- the crane moves the concrete mix along the mounting horizon; during the construction of the next floors of the building, a concrete pipeline made of pipes 2 m long is mounted in the building frame at a flange connection to ensure the possibility of replacing its section, and on each floor, drain revisions are made in the concrete pipeline for the possibility of emergency discharge of the concrete mixture, and a check valve is installed on each pipe to eliminate the influence of the high-altitude pressure of the concrete mix, after 10 floors an auxiliary pump is installed on the concrete pipeline to create additional pressure in it, while the auxiliary pump, if necessary, acts as a check valve, with further installation of the building higher on the building frame, guide profiles are installed, which are used in as rails for vertical movement of the lifting platform, driven by a winch installed on the mounting level, to provide additional insurance when lifting, the upper point of the guide-profiles is made 3-5 m higher than the mounting level, which makes it possible to use rails for lifting of people and materials to the mounting level using a lifting platform, on the mounting level, using a mini-crane equipped with a cable with a hook, materials are moved to the place of their installation, and materials and people are lifted in several places, and in parallel with the construction of the building frame on the other grips building envelopes are installed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to carry out the installation of a high-rise building without the use of an erection crane, while additional safety is provided during the construction process, dependence on climatic factors is excluded, and it becomes possible to perform works non-stop.
