FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in erection of monolithic and prefabricated monolithic frames of multi-storey buildings. Method consists in floor slabs on building columns, in which around columns reinforced frame assembled bearing formwork of columns, containing three sections: upper, middle and lower; bearing formwork is made completely of metal; each section consists of parts, when assembled, forming a rectangle in plan, at that, all three sections are assembled in turn, starting from the lower one, and installed around the reinforcing frame of the future column, middle section of bearing formwork in assembled form is installed with function of "lock" between upper and lower sections, upper and lower shelves of middle section are oppositely inclined, forming vertical section of each part in form of trapezium, narrow side of which is directed to centre of column; then all three sections are fixed by a rigid detachable connection by means of bolts with side beams. Then, by means of adjustable struts, the assembled bearing formwork is fixed in a vertical position; then girders and floor slabs are mounted on finished columns, for this purpose prefabricated girders are laid on upper shelves of bearing formwork, hollow-core floor slabs are mounted on girders, having reinforcement outlets at the ends; then the interfloor bearing insert with a height equal to the height of the crossbar and the floor slab laid on it is installed on the upper flange of the bearing formwork of the columns of the outer walls of the previous floor and fixed to it by a rigid detachable connection, subsequently, the next floor column formwork is installed on it, which is also attached to the interfloor bearing insert by a rigid detachable connection; then, concrete mixture is poured from the floor into the formwork of the column and then vibrated, then, after installation of the slabs, the overlap of the next floor is formed, after embedding, since the bearing formwork performs the role of load-bearing columns, the installation of the next floor is carried out; then, the bearing formwork is dismantled, after which the parts of the bearing formwork sections are lifted to the upper finished floor and mounted again.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the construction of monolithic and prefabricated monolithic frames due to the increased strength and rigidity of the bearing formwork.
