SUBSTANCE: during the installation of enclosing structures of high-rise buildings the invention can be used as a load-lifting device. Lifting platform for mounting modular building envelopes of high-rise buildings contains a lifting eye, a catcher mechanism, an electric wheel spreader mechanism, a mechanism with an electric drive for horizontal movement of the façade module to the building and away from it; at the same time, the lifting platform is configured to move along the guide elements from the traction force from the rope fixed to the lifting loop, while the platform is made collapsible, consisting of the main and mounting frame, the main frame is installed in the spacer between the guide profiles and fixing frame on the modular façade element is fixed on the main frame with a screw, and the fixing frame contains angles with spikes, the mechanism for the spreading the mounting corners with spikes between the corners of the façade modular element, a fastening spacer wheel that is removed during the lifting of the modular façade element, a fastening hook, a fastening screw, a wheel assembly that makes it possible to move along the guide profile in the presence of a groove or ridge; it is also possible to attach two or more mounting frames to the main frame, moreover, the lifting platform is made with the possibility of fixing the device for lifting cargo and/or people.

EFFECT: the use of the claimed invention allows installation of a modular façade element in a shorter time, to mount the modular elements from the bottom up and from the top down in the presence of both a groove and a ridge on the guide profile.
