The treatment cycle includes a cooling phase. The equipment (100) includes a fan (35) to circulate pressurized gas in the tank and a heating device (36) to heat the gas in the treatment area. A control module (6) is provided, which during the cooling phase obtains the temperature values in the treatment area, on the basis of these values determines the cooling power, the difference between the power required to obtain the selected value of the cooling rate of the gas under pressure, and the determined cooling power. Based on the difference, the speed of the fan (35) is controlled to reduce the difference. If the cooling power generated by the fan exceeds the cooling power corresponding to the desired gas cooling rate, the module (6) heats the pressurized gas based on the determined difference using the heating device (36).

EFFECT: it is possible to adapt the cooling rate to different conditions.
