FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconfigurable computing systems. The system comprises a host server, network switches, PCI-Express switches and K computing nodes, each of which contains a general-purpose computer, PCI-Express switches and N computing modules. Each of the computing modules comprises a system FPGA, a PCI-Express switch, M computing FPGAs and M co-computers with individual power supply, as well as FPGA startup configuration memories, each of the M computing FPGAs comprises a PCI-Express controller, data and result buffer memories, a direct access controller into memory, a switch with configuration memory and Q actuators with adapters, and each of the co-computers comprises an interface unit, a switch and L computing cores, the principle of partial reconfiguration is used for computing FPGAs, and each of the K computing nodes comprises a state memory and a partial reconfiguration memory of the executive devices.
EFFECT: improved performance of the system.
