FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of a tire tread, preferably a winter tire or a tire operating in conditions of low temperature differences, in particular, to the design of 3D slits (lamellas) located on the blocks of the tire tread bracelet, and to the design of a device for its formation, namely the design of a vulcanization mould for the manufacture of tires, preferably winter tires or tires operating at a low temperature difference, in which the plate during the moulding process forms narrow slits of the required shape and in the required number in the tread blocks in the tread area.
EFFECT: development of a tread design for pneumatic tires, preferably winter tires or tires operating under conditions of low temperature difference, development of a device design for its formation, namely the design of a vulcanization mould for the manufacture of tires, preferably winter tires.
