FIELD: diesel generators.
SUBSTANCE: plants for evaluating the effectiveness of vibration isolation of the elastic connections of the diesel generators shock absorption system. The stand for evaluating the effectiveness of vibration isolation of the elastic connections of the diesel generator shock absorption system contains a driving diesel engine, a generator, support elements for fastening the diesel engine and the generator to frame structures, elastic support links, a non-support elastic link between the generator shaft and the diesel shaft, a gas outlet pipeline and pipelines of the diesel cooling system. The generator is installed on a standard carrier frame, rigidly fastened to the base plate, on which an unbalanced single-cylinder diesel engine is isolated from the standard carrier frame. The support connections of the generator and diesel engine are made with additional support elements in the form of brackets and adjustable support racks.
EFFECT: improved quality of assessment of the efficiency of vibration isolation of elastic links of the diesel generators shock absorption system.
